2,   Plans the workday and manages time of technicians based on
      their skill level. Requires 3 to 5 years related customer service. 
3,   Must be computer proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
      Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
4,   Develops and maintains residential and commercial accounts
      Requires 3 to 5 years related customer service experiance.  
5,   Helps build strong customer relations by completing follow-up
      residential and commercial customer satisfaction surveys.
6,  Quickly resolves any  issues related to customer satisfaction
      surveys, maintaining existing 100% satisfaction program.
