1,   Lead roll in developing and maintaining new residential and
      commercial business accounts. Must meet company goals.
2,   Resolve complex labor relations while maintaining company       
      standards. Requires 5 to 7 years  human resources experiance.   
3,   Must be computer proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and 
      Power-point applications. Requires strong data entry skills.
4,   Proficent in Quickbooks and Quickbooks Pro are required.
      Minimum of 5 to 7 years related bookkeeping experiance.  
5,   Lead roll in managing and maintaining day to day business
      operations. Requires 5 to 7 years  management experience.   
6,  Strong communication and back office skills are essential.
      Proven labor relations and management skills are a must
